Same thing happened to me. The little "badge" on the speaker is what is vibrating. Be very careful and tape off area around badge and add super glue with a tooth pick. Let dry and no more vibration. After applying the glue I put a piece of tissue paper over the badge and then taped it down so it would dry and I wouldn't have to apply pressure with my fingers. Hope this is what the problem is.

passenger speaker in our coupe buzzes as well. i'll have to check but is the bose emblem lose enough that one can gingerly, w/ toothpick, put some glue on? thanks, bub
Well I went a bit further. I had horrendous buzzing with my speakers, so I did the following:
Pulled the door panel off
Super glued the Blose emblem
Used 3M contact cement on the the upper door panel foam - They had come loose from the door panels.
Used very short, thick sheet metal screws to screw down the tabs on the speaker covers.
I also super glued the tabs to prevent the screws from backing out under high volume.
I added a very thin weatherstripping in between each of the door panel pins to add tension to the pins and prevent further vibration..
