Well every thing was closed by the time I started to frame it except Walmart. All they had was some blue poster board used my trusty exacto knife to cut it out. For the stars effect I used some white and silver spray paint. I held the can sideways 2'- 3' away and just barely push the button so it kind of spattered. Then used a marks-alot to do the inner border. I know "Mickey Mouse" but it really looks great in person and the whole thing pic, frame and all was under $20. Heck lately I sound like Martha Stewart.
