C5 Turn signal problems??????
My turnsignals are intermittently inoperative. My dealer Team One Chevrolet in Oakland Maryland is absolutely worthless in assisting me with this problem,, even though I have purchased an extended warranty from Chevrolet. They insist that unless the problem shows itself in their shop, they cannot help me. Go figure!!!!! Pay big bucks for a worthless warranty.

The warranty is not worthless,it'll cover the problem when it gets worse,and it will get worse.Your blinkers are tied in to the hazard switch,so,if and when they don't blink,press the hazard switch,then put the blinker on for which way you want to go and turn the hazard off.mine has been doing it on and off for a couple of months,i just do the routine i just mentioned.i'm going to buy a new hazard switch at carlisle in a few weeks.your problem is tthe hazard switch,from what i learned on here.

Its your hazard lights switch, its a common problem with c5's. To check if thats the problem do the following.
When you are turning and the blinker will not come on push the hazard light button in slighty and the blinker should start working. You can also try and press it in all the way then depress it and the blinkers should start working again.
This is a very common problem.

Its the hazard switch. I got mine new one sitting on the work bench. Going to order up the HUD parts and do it all at once. The dash has to come out anyway. 
GM did a recall on the same switch for cars that have the switch in the center console.

Yes, your warranty should cover this. When my dealer heard me describe the problem they knew immediately what it was and fixed it for good.
