I couldn't. some people say you can, but I had to take off my tire. After removing the well cover, you then have 2 more 7mm bolts to take off and the inner cover comes out. Maybe someone else can give you a tip on how to do it with the tire on.

I don't know of a way to install them without taking the wheel off. You need to be able to get in behind the screen in order to install the acrylic blocks that hold the screen flat against the fender.

I was able to install my side screens without removing the wheels; I just turned the wheels all the way in one direction to access the wheel well cover bolts (turn steering wheel CCW for the driver side and CW for the passenger side).
I seem to recall the driver side being very easy but the passenger side took a tad more effort due to the PCM being in the way (or whatever GM calls the computer module)...

They look sweet! I gotta get a set one of these days, as well as the rear screens, front brake vent screens, and z06 screens. But I kinda have no money.

I did it this way as well, and had NO problems installing the screens
I also have small hands

That's what i did. Instead of using the double-sided tape it came with, i used heavy duty velcro. It's stuck on there good now.

Same here and the drivers side was much easier. Lot more room in there than you think. Piece of cake.
