What the hay....?!
This ever happen to anyone?
I am cruising along doing a little over the limit, about 70 in a 65 and I look in my rearview to see a few lights flashing. So being the good citizen I am,,,,
I pull over. The officer approaches, never checks my license or registration! All he wanted to do is check out the car!!!!!
I good thing I guess, I was a little flattered and yet a little pissed too. Oh well…. So is the life of a Vette owner.

I was doing 90 Mph in a 65 zone when I was stimied by a slow car in the passing lane. I was stuck behind her for a mile or so when I realized their was a cop about two car lengths behind me. I desperately wanted to move out of his way but there was a car in the right lane. I was doing a little over the speed limit at the time and finally got my chance to pull to the right. When I did he pulled beside me leaned forward, looked over at me and gave me the thumbs up. I smiled and he took off after the next guy. When I bought the Vette I asked the dealer if he knew whether or not cops were out gunning for Vettes and can I expect to be pulled over a lot. He said no because cops like Vettes.

Not in my book. I doubt that any officer would admit to pulling over a vehicle just to check it out...I can't even begin to tell you how constitutionally offensive that would be. It would send me into a rage.
To the OP...what was the reason the officer gave for pulling you over?
