You can still get a flat tire w/runflats. The thing is you can drive on them until you get to a tire repair shop or tire dealer. They can be repaired provided the leak is not on the sidewall.

I had the same problem. I closely examined the tire and found a nail in it. As I was interested in seeing how the runflat works, I pulled out the nail, and the remaining air excaped. I then drove the car about 10 miles to a Goodyear dealer and had it repaired properly from the inside,
meaning the tire is removed from the rim.

Having runflats doesn't mean your tire can't lose air. It just means that should you get a puncture, you can drive the car up to the maximum distance with little or no air instead of having to stop and change the tire.

You likely have something in your tire
I paid $58 for that type of repair and Goodyear scratch my rims. Finally I replace all my runflats with Michelin PS A/S.
I'd suggest you check your tire for a nail, screw or other foreign matter. Then put some dishsoap in solution in water and wipe it around the valve stem and see if you have a leak at the o-ring.
If and when you do buy new tires of any kind make sure you get road hazard insurance on the tires. I didn't and my rear tires have two patches each and that has lessen the integrity of the tire for hi-speed. With insurance you can have the tires replaced fully or for pro-rate. Just my $.02
I had a leak in mine and it turned out to be a nail. Goodyear fixed it for around 45 bucks. I was also informed that if the tire runs completely out of air that it could damage the inner run flat material in the sidewall so I would make sure that you don’t let the tire run out of air completely.
