Although I like the looks, I would not run with them on the street. The ones I have seen really diminish the brightness of the brake/tail lights. It is also a major cop magnet. I would use them for car shows though..

I don't think they are legal anywhere. I agree, major cop magnet. I love'em though. I don't have a front plate either, I'd really be pushing it with blackouts also.
