There are rubber plugs on underside of door panel. If you pull them off there are male Torx heads on glass adjusting screws. You can move glass up and down at front and back and tilt in/out at top. I played with adjustments on mine because the drivers door didn't want to latch unless it was slammed. Less tilt at top allowed decent seal (no wind noise at 145 MPH) and easy latch. You will need a female Torx socket to turn screws.
Sorry,no pictures. It's in the service manual, but all you have to do is open the door and lay on ground and look up. The rubber plugs are easy to pull out and the function of the screws is pretty obvious as I remember.
