Nice looking Torch Red you have there. Yeah, I've got that front-plate delimma too here in Washington state. PITA if you ask me.
I went to a GTG with a group I belong to yesterday down in Oregon and put the Corvette front plug on over the license plate. Haven't yet taken it off 'cause it looks so good. I may play dodge-em with the police and just pay the penalty if I get caught. I like the looks that much.

Nice plates! Washington has or had an intiative to let the voters
vote to either keep or loose the front plates. If it's on the ballet in
November, I'm voting to remove the front plates.
