Coilovers are on my short list of future mods, so who makes them?

I know about the DRM, LGM and Callaway coilovers.

Who else makes coilovers for the C5 Corvette? And if yes, do you have a link or technical information about them?

"short list" my a$$! You'd think that after your lope-a-dope cam job that you would lay back a while. You are clearly a junkie.

btw I see that mid-America has some nice seat protectors & floor mats.

Hey hows it goin... coil-overs... stay away from LG...i got LG and waited almost 2 mth for them...

DRM's coil overs have a rubber bushing so they are not as harsh as the LG's but i do like how much it improved the handling

no body roll anymore

Thanks, I read that and the disgruntled post in Tech. I'm just looking at this stage, and doing a bit of research.

You have no idea what you are talking about. The LG coilovers are worth the wait a thousand times over. Someone mentions Mallet...nothing against Mallet because they are great guys but who is going to know more about suspension/coil overs? A place that builds turn key cars for the street or a place that builds and races C5R's? I am going with the race team on that one.

The ONLY type of coil over to buy is one built like the LG. The LG uses hyme joints and mounting brackets so the shock mounts to the factory bolt in locations. I believe there are one or two others that mount in the same way. Breathless sells a coil over that does not mount this way. It mounts with small rubber bushings at the top and bottom. These bushings blow out alot because all of the cars weight is riding on them. I think the DRM's mount this way also.

I have had the LG's on my car for close to two years. They bolt right into the car with no modification and no problems. They adjust easily and the ride/handling is awesome. I have installed alot of coil overs and the LG's are right up top with some of the serious German products I have put in.
