Alternative Consoles?
Hey has anyone custom fabbed a custom center console?
I had mine torn apart this weekend to install a new shifter and swap out my front carpet and I noticed that the arm rest position seemed much better for me (6'5") sitting there with no console or pad at all and just resting my elbow on the tunnel.
Seeing as how the little compartment under the elbow pad is so small and useless anyway, I was thinking on eliminating it. Maybe mounting the pad directly to the tunnel.
Has anyone attempted something similar to this?
