Question about tinting rear window

If you just got the tint done today, best thing you can do is let it bake in the sun for the next few days and let all the moisture dry up. Trying to work the tint now won't work.
Once dry, you can use your thumb or finger, and try to press the film to the glass and work the air bubbles out. Ideally, a 2" wide rubber squeege is the tool of choice, but your thumb will work too.
Your goal is to get the tint stuck to the glass around the black dots...Look from the outside, and with your hand on the inside of the glass, simply press the film to the glass where you see bubbles or unstuck areas. Work it from the bottom to the top of the hatch.
With some patience, you can get it to lay down and stick. ...just use nothing sharp and be gentle with the film, it is very thin and soft, easy to crease and distort. Do not rub it, just press it where needed. You may not get it all in one sitting, if you get one area stuck down, but continuing causes it to unstick, repeat the same routine, get to the point where you get it to stick, then let it bake n the sun, then continue on in a day or two.

, great reply! Park it in the hot sun before you do the rub and use a micro fiber towel wrapped arround you finger so you don't burn yourself. Don't wait more than a day or two before doing the rub. This pic of mine, sorry she's dirty, shows it'll lay down pretty well.
