Hello Everyone, I tried the window adjustment from tech linkThe Red Lion (BTW Great Site) because it was making wind noise, but it would not work for me, maybe it’s me or the door is just bad.
Is there anyone in the Fresno, Ca. Area that has done this procedure and has had success with it and can help me? I’m willing to drive to Fresno and or Fresno area I can compensate for your time, Lunch, Dinner…. Please e-mail or call me at 559-992-2465 cell 559-901-9676
Thanks, Ed
Didn't work for me either. My problem was that the window was not going up enough. Pull the door panel and pull off the two little black goop things covering the access holes to the window bolts. Loosen the bolts and have someone push up on the window with the door closed. Tighten the bolts while your friend keeps upward pressure on the glass. Be sure not to adjust it up far enough to catch the plastic tab when opening and closing the door. Close it back up and your done. There should be step by step instructions somewhere, but a friend that works on Vettes did mine. I just watched.

Thanks for the compliments on the site. You might have a look at the blowout clip adjustment which is linked from the tip in but also on the main tech tips page. I've read that that has helped people with the wind noise issue as well. It is a little more complicated than the tip in but have a look, it might be what you need.
