..has anybody put reflective or the "fade" tint on a C5? My car is pewter and I thought about gold but it looks godaweful after holding some tint "paper" next to my car. I was thinking maybe a bronze or a silver reflective just to look different. Any pics?

Bad idea... leave the reflective tint to the silver rice rocket civics.

ERIC - My brother owns a shop and I asked him about it ...
He said he can do it ... but doesn't recommend it since the film shows "ghost lines" because of the curve/bow in our doors windows. Just some food for thought ...
It actually looks nice on some cars I've seen at his shop ... but you can still some of the ghost lines ... if you're willing to live with them.
Pewter would be one of the colors that a silver'ish tint would work on. But I would use caution on how dark/reflective you go with one of those, as a little goes a long way.
HIgher end sport utility vehicles such as Lexus RX330, Infinity etc have mirror tint OEM. Im just going for a different look. Heck I have hyper whites in my clear front bumper lights so its a touch of rice anyway.
I may try a reflecto tint, just to be different (and hope I dont get pulled over).

I'm not a big fan of reflective/fade tints but on a silver car I think it would look ok.
I used a local tint shop and they said that the bronze tint would protect the interior more than the regular. I like it. It sure keeps the inside cooler in the sun. Looks good with the pewter. Its not a dark tint.
