[Z06] Low washer fluid on 2002

Low washer fluid on 2002
Hello all…
My washer fluid low is flashing on my dash of my 02 Z06. It was low and I filled it (not immediately). I’m thinking the float (if that is what drives the signal) might have corrosion on it. I’m going to try banging
on the washer container and see if it works again. I've tried to reset... and it just keeps coming back on. Any other suggestions or ideas ?

Hey Wanderer.
If you are sure the reservoir is full, then it is likely that your "low windshield washer reservoir switch" is loose or defective. The switch is located on the short end of the washer reservoir toward the car's front. If you reseat the connector and the low-indicator light still stays on, then the switch will need replacement or a grounding error corrected.
