Question about power steering fluid
I need to add some power steering fluid to the reservoir of my 2002 corvette.
The owner's manual says to use GM fluid and gives the part number.
Is this a synthetic fluid?
Can I get a similar fluid at an auto parts store?

It is a steering fluid and not a tranny fluid like most power steering fluids. To be on the safe side, get the GM or approved. I did.

It's not like you're going to be buying it very often. Can't go wrong with the GM.
