Remove License Plate?
Lame question... I just purchased my 2004 C5 a few weeks back out of state, and I registered it in Georgia this week. I'm trying to figure out how to get the old Texas plate off the car. I've unscrewed the screws, but there is a black metal frame around it. Does it just pop off? I'm a little hesitant to just yank on it.
Any ideas would be appreciated!

I think there are tabs on the sides, try sliding it to one side to see if tabs pop out. I'm sure someone else has the FOR SURE answer........
