After spending an entire weekend around Corvettes, I have to admit that I can not get enough. I went to Carlisle on Saturday to get some parts to complete my '75, and a few accesories for the Zo6. Saturday was followed by a busy Sunday putting all the pieces on the '75 (I finally have a complete interior ). After watching "Rebuilding a Legend" on Discovery, I had to drive the '75 about 100 miles (longest trip yet after restoration). Then I decided to take the Z out for some dinner, and just to cruise. Even after all this...I still can not get enough of these cars.
I am sure most of you that went to Carlisle saw this car, but for those who could not make it...this thing is incredible. It started life as a C1, and is currently a C1/C5 hybrid. It has a Zo6 drivetrain, and a complete C5 chasis and interior. These pictures do not do it justice.

While the Vette is a great car and all, I must say that it's the people I've met on this forum, at the GTG's, carshows, club meets, cruises, etc, that makes owning a Corvette really a pleasure.
I'm sure there are other car-clubs and enthusiat GTG's, but I doubt that any other car invokes the passion of the Corvette.
