spec chatter?
a couple of buddies and i just completed a a4 to m12 swap on my car. everything works great except for the excessive chatter form the spec stg2 clutch, is this normal? will it go away?? it drives me crazy.

I've got a Spec in my Z too. It chatters like MAD. In all the years of modifying cars, I've NEVER had a clutch with such horrible chatter and street manners. McLeod, Centerforce, RAM...all have their shortcomings, but the Spec drives me nuts. A clutch should have at least a little bit of slip to it for street use. Not my Spec. It's like a light switch. It's either ON or OFF. I can not recommend this clutch to anyone looking to buy one.

Im running Spec Stage 2 in StuzVette and there was inititally a lot of chatter in the first 500+ miles...
...now it is fine...
Spec Stage 3...may not loose its chatter....that would be annoying
