Default 160 Degree Thermostat???
I've got the 160 degree hypertech for my Z, putting it in with some other stuff later this month. Whats the best way to do it in order to avoid throwing codes?

You won't throw any a codes, I did mine and there was no problems, you will need to adjust your fan settings to take advantage of the new 160 stat.

I've heard from freinds with LS1 cars & one that dropped an LS6 into a 74 F-body that these engines make more power @180 degrees. My Z06 was tuned to start the fans up @ 190.
