Sooo... I'm buying an exhaust and can't decide between borla stinger and corsa touring. If anyone has either and can post pics up and/or give any input, that would be awesome. Thanks!
My wife's 98 MN6 has the B&B Touring and they sound good.
My 97 A4 has the B&B PRT and they sound pretty mean.
I took off the Corsa Touring and put on the B&B Bullets on my 98 Pace Car TODAY...
Corsa Indy's, the touring are not much better then stock. The Corsa's are quite when cruising and come alive when you get on the gas, no drone. Also if you get an x pipe it will take the edge off them.
The Borla Stingers will be louder than the Corsa Touring. Indys is probably what you would want to go with between the Corsa's. I'm kinda partial to Ghl's myself.
This weekend I got a chance to listen to some Corsa Indy's at Carlisle with an X pipe. All I can say is WOW. They were excellent!! The owner said the pipes were very quiet at normal cruise but when you tromped on it they had THAT SOUND.. Agressive but with taste.. if you get my meaning. The engineering in the system looked very good as was the material that they used, a very good grand of Stainless Steel. Much better SS than the Factory equipment.
I got my Borlas this weekend at Carlisle. I love them! Kept my stock exhaust, and brought them home. My wife and I went to the shore after I had them put on. I was wondering if she would be shaken by them. Not a bit. I waited a while, then asked what she thought. She said "Not as loud in hear as I expected." Not that it would have changed anything, they are on and I love them. It now sounds the way a Vette should.
