Vibrates at 70mph

Vibrates at 70mph
I have a new 04 vert. I took the stock wheels off and put some all chrome 2005 wheels on it. I noticed it now vibrates at 70mph. Do you think the wheel company just didn't get the tires balanced or does it have something to do with the wheels not being stock? HELP?

They aren't balanced properly. No matter what wheels or size as long as they are balanced properly you should have no vibration issues 
I would go get them re-balanced and that should solve your problem

Maybe one of the weights all ready fell off.
