Bad C5 crash
I don't know if this is a repost or if I should even post it. I will just post the link and not the pics, thier is some gore if you look to long so don't if you can't handle that stuff.
What the pics are is a C5 completly under the back of an 18 wheeler, must have been a high speed rear ending. I don't even have words to say, makes you think twice about opening it up in the wrong places.

almost did a similar thing years ago w/ our c4 which was our 1st vette. scared the living sh*t out of me. gave me a new & permanent respect for how strong a car a corvette is & how average my driving possibly could be. bub

Thats a nasty crash. I wonder what happened? No skid marks and the truck is off on the shoulder! At least he or she would have died instantly without suffering. My prayers for the familys loss of a loved one.

That's terrible....you just dont realize sometimes just how powerful it is. If you dont treat it as such, terrible things can occur. That's terrible what happened, but any time you drive a corvette you are taking a risk...(any car for that matter)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but is that piece of the driver stuck to the back door of the truck? 
That's a nasty, nasty crash. We can only hope he/she never knew what happened. That would be a good picture to show in a high school driver training class.
