Both the 303 Protectant and the RaggTopp protectant claim to have UV protection in their formulas. RaggTopp is the protectant sold at the Corvette Museum as well as many other places and is endorsed by Haartz who makes the tops.
Keep the top clean and protected and it should last.

FYI...if it's a white top then it is not fabric, but a double-vinyl sail cloth. In this case, 303 Aerospace Protectant works very well as a UV protectant.
