Default I need help!!

I'm in the middle of installing an FM modulator for my mp3 player. I want to install a power switch in the area under the steering wheel. I took out the middle council and the frame around the stereo. I also pulled out the two screws on the lower dash part under the steering wheel. It seems very loose but on the upper left side, kind of by where the fog light button is, there is something holding me back from pulling it off. I'm afraid to pull hard because I know I'd probably break somehting. Anyone know how to pull this panel off? Thanks for the help in advance.

Those are the only screws holding the knee bolster in. There are a couple of strong clips in the left side. You need to use some force to pull down and away from the dash. Here's VE's instructions which include pulling that trim out.

Default Knee Bolster removal

Remove the foglight/hatch release switch. Behind that you will find another screw. There are two friction clips on the left side.

I stand corrected. Third screw behind the switch.
