Is it just Torch Red
What is it about this color. i went rom a Pewter Coupe to a torch Red Z06 and man i must have an idiot manet RPO or something.
I could count the time in over 1 year i owned the Pewter C5 the number of people that messed with me or raced up to me, stopped on the street, etc.
In 2 days of having the Torch Red Z06 everyone and their mother is trying to race, catch, up, stopping still on the sidewalk. Its rediculous. I actually thought the Pewter was a damn nice color.
Is it the color?? It has to be, how many common drivers know a Z from a coupe?
I could count the time in over 1 year i owned the Pewter C5 the number of people that messed with me or raced up to me, stopped on the street, etc.

Nothing wrong with pewter - I've had my share of people wanting to race mine. But red just does attract more attention - just the nature of the color.

Funny, I had a cop actually give me the thumbs up last week when I drove by him ... I was paranoid because my tint is illegal, but he just stuck his thumb up with a big smile on his face ... that certainly doesn't happen every day, but it was cool. 
Red is my favorite color ... so it was never a question.

Actually, the biggest "Mess with me" color is MY. When I had my MY Z06, every thing on the road thought it was their duty to try to goat me. Of course I never entertained them. No need...
