If you are just doing the cans...check out Magnaflow's web site, they have about any size and In/Out combo you could ask for...

If your doing the system, try GHL

Peace

Um... dumb question - Is the sound different with an automatic verses manual?? Manuals always seem to sound better

Then I would go with Borla Stingers, or GHL's, if you want low throaty sound and then badazz when you get er done and stomp on it.
I was gonna say Corsa's but they don't have a low throaty sound, more high pitch when you get on it.
Borla's do drone a bit at about 1500 Rpm, but that bothers some and not others.

Good luck

Do the A&A mod first, cost 40 bucks. If you don't like it, you were going to replace the mufflers anyway.

I have clips if you like, send me your e-mail

Mails sent.

It is an exhaust bypass, but it leaves all the pipes in place and sounds just a little louder than stock and cost a hell of a lot less than a new exhaust, that you might not like.

Borla Stingers all the way... Go to several sites, Mid-America for one, that has the different sounds of the cars with the different exhaust systems on the C5 and you can listen to them.

As for the stick vs auto thing... The cool thing about having a stick is that when you run her up to 3-4K RPMs and let off the throttle, she sounds VERY NICE rumbling back down (as well as on the way up) With an auto, it merely shifts gears unless you place it in one of the gears and keep it there while doing the same thing... 1st, 2nd.. whatever...

Know what I mean?

Get the two pipe Borla and then you have a nice place for your C5 flag ss plate to put between them. The Stinger comes in either 2 or 4 pipe out the rear...

Again, I need pics to show you... shame on me...

Surely your man can help you do the install?? Though you do have to raise it awefully high off the ground!! Again, several places on here detail how to do this as I'm sure you know...

Let us know what you decide!!
