I think I know how you feel. I would've been so flabbergasted at his tirade, I would've been taken aback as hell - and likely yelled back. But that kind of confrontation always upsets me afterwards.... so unexpected. I probably would've cried once I got in my car, hehehehehe. I dunno - people's overt, mean-spirited rants get to me... and bug me afterwards.
And peeps, you know how it is - you can pull into a spot and fit perfectly fine between 2 cars and they may not have been centered themselves, throwing the whole row off. I'm thinking she didn't take 2 spots.
I take 2 spaces every time I go out. Since they have door dinged all my other cars they deserve to lose a space. It's the same people losing the space that will be shoving their door into yours. Screw them.
you're asking for a windshield deal bro.........good luck. bub
Diva, honey, don't you worry. The guy must have had a bad day (the ole Vette vs. Stang complex, more than likely). Still, this guy had no right to be so freaking rude to you. Glad you stood up to him.
Stayed at a hotel in Ft Lauderdale a few years ago. Right at the oceanfront and marina. Parking lot was all clearly marked with lines...the very end spot of this lot was about 1.5x the width of the normal parkig space widths. I got lucky to find that spot open and parked there (nice and centered between the line and the curb) for the night.
Next morning, there is a note tucked under the windshield wiper that stated "next time you take up 2 parking spots, your car will be towed".
Even if I had parked right next to the last marked line, you wouldn't have been able to fit a golf cart next to me and the curb, much less another car. I highly doubt it was the hotel that left the note, just some idiot who couldn't find a place to park.

I do not know where to start! I took my car to the post office today. Saw a very good parking space and just pulled right in! I came out and this guy in a Mustang was behind me. He got out of his car and started yelling at me! He said "They make parking space lines for a reason!" Being very rude! I yelled back at him, I know I shouldn't have. I guess this car gives me empowerment! I did not know what else to do! The guy was either jealous or he needed a life or both! He obviously was not very well dressed!
OK! I AM DONE! I hope this does not get locked!
Um, this makes absolutely no sense at all. It has been asked previously but I don't think you have answered. Something about the way you parked obviously set this guy off and you must know what it is. The way it reads is that you parked in a "very good parking space" and this guy goes off on you when you come out to get in your car about parking space lines.
