I've got a '98 coupe. The front of the hood (where it meets the front bumper) seems to be "sunken in" on one side (the hood is lower than the bumper). I know I have seen this before, but have no clue how to fix it. Any ideas???

There are some rubber bumpers attached to some bolts on each side of the frame rail at the front edge of the hood. They can be shortened or raised to make the hood edge go up or down. Try making some small adjustments and see where that gets you.
Thanks Bud.. It is odd, because of the location of the issue, the hood alignments don't help the issue. I will have to take a pic to explain and repost tomorrow. Thanks again for the help...
