I would say add them if you like them, I don't think it would hurt the value any more then the adds you already have with the strips and wheels. If someone is looking for the Z06 look but don't have the dollars, yours might be the car for them. You are already close to a Z06 look so I would finish the project and go for it. If you like them that is what matters

PS: It is a sweet looking Car!!!

Your car is sharp looking but it's not a coupe with a removable top, it's not a vert with it's cache`, it's not ever a Z06 with all the perf. mods. It's a FRC with average performane and limited appeal to the corvette buyer, now and in the future. If you drive it and plan on adding more than 10,000 miles total it's not a collector. If you like the look of the brake ducts put them on. If you don't, leave them off. If you install them today and hate them tomorrow, have a body shop repair it. The rockers are not Serial #'d parts and can be replaced easy enough. Do what makes you happy but if you plan to drive this car, it's not a collector like a '63 split back.

I'd do it, I think it is a cool look and they are factory parts!

I would leave them off. It is not a Z so make it unique in a different way. So far I must say it looks awesome!

My Z06 brake ducts get so beat up from rocks, I don't think I would even go to the built in ducts since the paint would show chips a lot worse than the black plastic factory ducts.
Ive had these ducts for five years, the picture is a few months old.. No chips...
if you look at your painted front fenders behind the tires ( the painted part ) you see very little chips marks.. the zo6 ducts are made of soft plastic, my ducts are much harder in fiberglass...they are painted and stone guard clear coat is applied.. they do not stick up above the fender surface so anything flying by never touched them.. the Z06 ones are sitting on top of the rocker and catch every stone that flys by...

I myself have never been a big fan of them, but if you like them then I would put them on. Only the real corvette people would know any different anyway.

I say its up to you. But adding ducts to a FRC would make you car look like a real Z06 and you even have the Z06 wheels.

I have the brake ducts on my Artic White vette but I don't look anything like a Z06. I just wanted something to make my vette look a little different from other vettes.

I'm gonna do the BPP ducts too, though they're going to be satin black and relatively unblended on my pewter coupe...

I think ET's are BPP's (probably actually made by ACI). That's what I have on my FRC too. I say go for it!

I've always thought that the brake ducts look "rice". I don't even like them on the Z06!

I think they'd look hot on a white C5, who cares what people think as long as you don't start sticking Type R stickers on it
