Help at St Jude's
I need a favor at St Jude's,
My cousin's 15 year old son is at St Jude's. He has been fighting Ewing's disease for almost three years. He went to St Jude's in June for a stem cell transplant. He has been making progress but it has been slow and terribly painfull. I had a extra key made for my C5 and sent it to him. Our deal is as soon as he can start to do things he can drive my vette with his own key. That was about 4 weeks ago. My cousin said he was still too weak to open the package so she did it for him. I had sent a 1/18 scale Torch Red C5 Coupe with the real key inside. She said he got the biggest smile on his face that she had seen in months.
Because of my work I can't make the St Jude's run.
Would anyone be willing to look him up, talk to him and maybe show him your Corvette ? It would mean the world to him and help him stay focused on the future.
