Default Road Kit

I am currently running non-run flat tires. What kind of road kit have some of you put together for when you happen to get a flat tire. For example a jack (what kind) and other items to get you back on the road. Probably wouldn't want to use any kind of pressure can sealants since it would affect the tire pressure monitoring system.

Non run flats here also. I bought a tire plug kit (7$), a small compressor (12$) and a tool kit (20$). Got kit and compressor at auto zone and the tool kit at target. I also keep a couple of towels and a small bottle of waterless hand cleaner.

Add to that list a shower curtain. You never know what you might have to lie on the ground in.

Check out the ConticomfortKit @ www.tirerack.com. This is a compressor with a built in sealant pack that WORKS with, and will not harm, the tire sensors. Sells for $75!

Does anyone have/used Griot's 3-in-1 air compressor? Low cost (29.99) with a built-in light. wondering if it is worth owing over others.

So far I have a portable air compressor, a plug kit, a shower curtain to lay on, some tools, and of course a cell phone to call for help if needed. I still need to find a small jack to use.

Cigarette lighter plug in air compressor, tire plugs, cell phone, no jack.

Bunch of miles now, never needed the stuff.

Think about it. When's the last time you got a flat on any of your vehicles?? Been ages since I've had a flat.
