Does anyone have a source for a tire repair kit like the one that comes in the Z06 but below the $600 price tag I have been quoted at the local chev dealer? Thnik I saw one recently on the web for about $100 but can't find it again.
Well, there's the tire repair kit from Tire Rack or you could just go to any Autozone or similar place a pick up a repair kit and small compressor. Sorry, I don't know what comes with a Z06.

Check out the ContiComfortKit from the Tire Rack @ www.tirerack.com
For $75 it seals and inflates your tire, and will not harm your sensors!
I just got non runflats the other day. I picked up a scissor jack at Autozone and also a T handle plug kit. Already had the a/c that works on the cig lighter. Also put in visegrip needlenose, jacking puck, wheel chock and flashlight. A small tarp and gloves and that should do me.
As others mentioned above, put your own kit together. You may find this better and less expensive. Just keep in mind that tire sealants like Fix-A Flat and such can severely damage tire pressure sensors if you have them installed. From the C5 Tech Tip section of the Forum:
