we have relatives in texas. hope they'll be safe. it's pretty clear @ this point that no one takes hurricanes for granted these days. we're all in it together. bub

I talked to my Aunt in Gatesville TX today. My mom's folks live in Bay City, TX. I asked her if all of them had left Bay City and she said all but my Uncle Joe & Aunt Sue. So I called them and told them what we have been through here in MS with Katrina and told them they must leave. Uncle Joe told me they would leave in the morning for Gatesville. I feel better now. God be with all of you in Texas!
