I'm considering buying the Z06 chromies and need some information. I see others speak of OEM and Repros.

What are the advantages and disadvantages to both?

What vendors offer OEM and/or Repros?

I'm sure this has been covered before but thanks in advance.

I bought my Z06 chromies from Bob (House of Wheels). Very happy with the quality of the wheels and the service Bob gives.

Hey Hey, somebody from Iowa I just got mine two days ago from Bobs House of Wheels. They are replica wheels. Lot cheaper than GM. Alot of forum members buy from him so they must be good wheels.

OEM PROs: lighter and stronger than repros

OEM CONs: only come in 17x9.5 and 18x10.5 sizes

The weight of the reproductions cost me a little over one tenth in qtr mile ET. If I had to do it over I would have stuck with OEM wheels.
