OK, first of all I just found out that I paid the stealer way too much for my "broken in" Z. 
, second of all, the road conditions around here SUCK!!!! 
, thirdly, the gas is too dam high, fourth, the cops are always hawkin' ya. With all of this 
going on at the same time, I can on occasion find a little piece of the road where I can let my Z be a Z and I can hear the engine express itself, 
and not have to ride around in 6th gear. Do y'all have the same stress reliever that I have? I just want to know.

Wow... too many negatives... In my 6 years of vette ownership, I have had many instances where a single ride was worth the price I paid for the car. Traffic, roads, gas prices are things we deal with everyday no matter what you drive.. It's more fun in a vette and it don't cost much more than some boring generic sapository looking vehicle.
Sounds like you need to visit a road course... then there will be no doubts.
Don't look back on the price... enjoy what you have... no regrets.
