Check the labels. If they are in correctly and you can see an ERR message on the in-dash cd player right after you hear the shuffling stop, your changer is probably dead. I think they are very low quality. I have gone through 3 already on my 2004.

Check the CD's. You may have one loaded wrong. They need to loaded in upside down.
