Wheel Offset Question
Replacing a damaged front passenger wheel. The replacement has an offset of 56 (which I believe is the same as the factory wheels) but the one that was on the car (I'm the second owner) has an offset of 58.
Anyone know if this will be a problem especially if the drivers side front wheel has the 58 offset?

The OE front wheel 17x8.5" offset is 58mm.
It sounds like you got a reproduction wheel. That 2mm offset difference means the replacement 56mm wheel will stick outwards a measly 0.078" (or approx 1/16") further, not something you'd notice visually, but it will throw the car's alignment out of whack by that much. The +56 offset itself is fine, but I don't think it's a good idea to mix offsets side to side.
Personally, I would either find an original wheel to replace it with, or replace both front wheels with the +56 wheels.
