Weird ratteling noise!!!!
Every time i blip the throttle and the car engine speed is decelerating i hear this annoying ratteling noise (comes from the passanger side right where the cats are located maybe a little further back) . It also does it while in gear while driving aslo when decelerating and i can hear the noise echoing off the cars on the side of the road. Dealer states its the torque tube and its normal...Im not sure I buy that. Any ideas...? I will soon take a vid to better expliain what I am hearing. By the way its a 6speed if it matters.

It could be your h-pipe, C5's and especially Z06 have a jingle sound to them and the dealers have an authorized repair for this noise. I had the same noise but mine came from a loose spring loaded hanger that hold up the h-pipe system. It took 5 mins to fix.
