Default Running really rich after some engine work

Hey folks,

This weekend we took off the Intake Manifold to replace the oil pressure sending unit.

Since then the car has been running really rich. I noticed at idle it slightly shakes more than usual.
I really noticed it today on the highway going 80 in 6th it was around 1600rpms. If I would give it gas at that low of an rpm it would buck, hickup, hestitate depending on the throttle position. You don't really notice it above 2000rpms. I did feel it again when I went very slow from a stop in 1st and revved slowly to 4k.

It feels like it's running very rich or the spark plugs are fouled...but they were changed about 250 miles ago and the problem just started after removing the intake manifold. I did remove the cats and have a check engine light from that but it has been running fine with that on until after we did the manifold job.

My 2 ideas are to check the fuel pressure regulator vacuum source and to reset the ecu.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

My car is also running rich after my blower install since my exhaust pipes are all black and the car is also shaking at idle more than usual and during decelleration at very low RPMs like 1300.
Is it dangerous for the engine???
