Anyone have a writeup? Ive never changed the pads on any car before (included with service on my previous cars), but I figured if I can install a turbo kit, headers, front mount intercoolers brake pads shouldn't be all that bad..
As far as I know..
I know how to take the calipers off, only concern was, I need to compress the pistons in the caliper, right? Anyone have a picture of the tool that gets use? Also do I need shims, or can I just drop the pads right in?

Maybe I am ghetto but I just compress it with the old pads in using a very large C-Clamp.
Easy enough, just do one wheel at a time and remember to open the bleed valve then compress the old burnt fluid out with the old brake pad, then shut the bleeder. Never push that nasty stuff back through that nice braking system. Also when your in there clean the caliper and re-lube all the metal contact points. Most pad kits show a diagram. Remember to refill the master. Good luck.
