I have an insane story! Well you CityClub chicago guys know I have been trying to get one of my very good friends Tony to by a Vette for about two years now. He has had plenty of cash flow but is just really particular when it comes to cutting a deal and getting what he wants. Well I am happy to say he did it again and this time I am speechless!!! So he calls me yesterday and says. I found the car! Well it listed at 9am Monday morning on the internet! An 02 Electron Blue C5 Coupe Loaded! Chrome wheels and only 4806 miles 
Black leather interior. He tells me to meet him at the dealership right by my house. So I jump in my daily driver and head over there, where I find this vision of God! Not only was this car perfect in every way Get this! It had been moded by a very proffesional owner. It has Dual K&N chrome intake with the air damns cut for air flow with the screens. A larger powerduct with C5 symbol. Granatelli MAF sensor, air coupler. Dynatech complete header and Cats system. B&B PRT exhaust with oval tips. A 3200 stall Torque converter, and it has been completely Dyno Tuned with LS1 Edit! This thing is MINT!!!!!!!! Perfect paint and everything. And the kicker of the entire thing is he paid $28500. It was hilarious the Guys from D&M corvette were sitting outside waiting to steel it but Tony shut the door on it! Can anybody believe this? Any way his new screen name is Siick Blue 02. So Tony take a Bow. Youve earned it, oh yeah and he will be at the CITYCLUB this Saturday to show it off and get to meet everyone!!! CONGRATS MAN...I am totally jealous!

Did he happen to purchase this from Chicago Motor Cars? I rencently purchased my 99 from them with 23,000 miles on it and they had alot of nice Vettes for sale then. If anyone is in the Chicago area and is looking for an honest person to deal with, Chicago Motor Cars rocks. Every car they have is spotless and very reasonable.

Wow, great find!!! Ibelieve that BENPUP here on the forum found a similar deal on a Lingenfelter. The dealership that was selling it did not know what they had and he got it for a song! It's always good to see someone get a great deal. Congrats!!! Zuti
