CCW Speedo Recalibration

CCW Speedo Recalibration
I'm planning on buying some CCW wheels in the near future 19" all the way around and I was wondering if these wheels throw off the speedo enough to have to buy a predator or some sort of tool to correct it. Thanks.

If you're a member of the Auto Club, they will recalibrate your speedometer for you at no charge. They don't change anything mechanically on the vehicle, they just run your rear wheels on their calibration machine and they give you a small card to clip onto your visor that gives you your speedometer reading compared to the vehicle's actual speed. I think the card is in 5 mph increments if I recall correctly.

do they do all the work for free?????
