Every-one on here seems to say a good set of tyres even slicks make a noticeable change to accerlation times?
Is this due to wheel spin on stock tyres?
Im running Eagle F1's and dont seem to suffer from any spin on a dry road, are these good tyres? If so do they give me a better 0-60 on a stock c5 than other tyres? 4.4/3 0-60 perhaps?

Don't think you are going to get into the 4.3 or 4.4 0-60 range with a stock C5, unless it is a Z06. Tires do make a difference in how well the power is put down to the road, so the stickier the tires, the better performance you should have.
