OK, the driver's side rear wheel, lower control arm, inner tie rod, brake, rotor, shock, is all being replaced after an accident.
IT JUST OCCURRED TO ME THAT THE CAR IS LOWERED 2" OR SO! Once the dealership installs all of the new parts won't the driver's side rear then be back at stock height???
I paid to have my car lowered here in town...Also, I am not really a gearhead, guys so I am ignorant on this one. Although, it is my guess that whatever mechanism was altered to lowered the driver's side rear may have been repalced as well which might set it back to stock height, right?
Give the shop doing the repair work a call ASAP and let them know that the car is lowered. They'll probably see it for themselves, but it can't hurt to confirm that they're aware of your car's situation. Also offer to give them the number of the local shop that did the work in case they have any questions about how it was done or if any parts are needed or need to be modified.

If lowered on stock bolts - should be no cause for issues. All they need to do is 'match' the repaired side lowering distance to the other side.
If you used lowering bolts - may be a problem, unless you can supply to them another lowering bolt.

Even after speaking with the dealership I would still check the ride height myself. Take a 6" ruler and stick it up in the jacking puck holes (under the rocker panels) to measure.
I believe the rake should be approximately 1/4" to 3/4" (someone correct me if I am wrong).
Also, once you've got the ride height where you want it, drive it for a week or so after that and then go get the car realigned.
