I noticed it was for sale at the cruise-in earlier this year.
I haven't sunk as much $ into my C5, but I've spent more than I should have. It is fun, but expensive.

But hey, if you have the money and that is what you love doing, then there is no problem 
Now if you had done it specifically for the 'investment' and the 'prestige', that's a whole 'nother story.

Jim has been trying to sell his car for a while. I believe that he is ready to move onto another project. I wish him the best with the sale. I hope he gets what that car deserves to bring.

I thought your car sold at Carlisle this year Jim.

Not sure about the hot rod project... IMO the C5 is waaay cooler.

As to the Z - will it match your C5?
Regarding the rod project - looking good. Have done quite a few myself, always feel better in them, when finished, since it's 'my car', not a production car that hundred's of others have on the road.
