I gotta say, there is just something to doing your own work as opposed to lettin' someone else have all the fun....and $$$$!
I worked right off the directions and input from a few excellent posts on the forum. Thanks guys!!! All went very well! I found the toughest part was getting the wire harnesses up and out of the way. To get the drivers side header in you will have to have their car at least 23" from frame to floor, otherwise you can't get the angle.
The pass side dropped in AFTER I loosened the starter and, as I was advised, tightened the starter back up while the header was still unmounted.
With the Corsas out back it really sounds great. Next stop 3:90s out back. With good reason too. The l/s rear seal is leaking.
The fit and finish of the headers and related components were excellent. While it was up, I did an oil change and cleaned the air fliter.
Now it's time for some football.
Yep, I'll let you all know how things are going in the weeks to come. I'll most likely have the car up in a few weeks to retighten everything and have a look at the wiring harnesses to ensure I'm not burning anything.
FYI any codes will most likely come from high-flowing cats. The cars PCM sees the extra flow as a broken stock cat and will trip a check engine light sometimes. I just clear it and keep rolling.
I installed the supermaxx system with the headers, hi flo cats and x-pipe. Install went great as well, once i read the directions. I am that uses directions once i get stuck. Oh well, I learn the hard way. Anyway. After about 200 miles. I started getting codes, it is only the P0430 low effiency one. I just clear it as well and continue on my merry way. Will probably get it tuned out when I get a tune in the spring. But for now, its bearable. As for the sound, I love it. Have the borla stingers out back and it sounds great. Gas mileage hass gone down a bit because i cant get enough of the sound of em.
Very carefully.....haha.....had to use wooden blocks ontop of the jack to get her that high. Nerve recking but do-able. Make sure the rear is jacked up as well. Cause the angles just wouldnt work. Hope this helps.

I stacked 2x10's under the jack stands, much safer.
I've had them for over a year with zero problems - a few months after the install, especially if it was a little cool, I'd get a rear 02 squawking about something (0153 I believe). Just HPTuner'ed the rear 02's "off" and not a single code since.
Nice product, great price - FWIW, if you look in the brochure, there's a yellow Z06 #26 on the door as one of the C5 product images - that's my ride
