Overall, it should have minimal impact. Much of Delphi manufacturing capability is overseas (I think it is the majority, but cannot fine the article to verify).
The long term affects could be very severe - will just have to wait it out and hope for the best.

It's not pretty folks...the Motor City unions are getting a major ***** in thier armor.... the financial ramifications to the economy in Michigan will be huge. Unions can no longer demand anything or hold out for concessions with a global economy. It was just a matter of time before this happened.
