Just remember that there is still alot of users out there that use 800x600 resolution. With your name all the way to the right like it is the user will have to scroll to the right just to see the name

...the only thing I would be concerned about is the size...

header. Hope you get the size issue resolved, but the design, barring the size is sweet.
