Somewhere in between the going used Z06 exhaust prices and the list prices for factory new Z06 exhaust is a discounted new system from Gene at Fred Beans, a forum sponsor.
If you are looking at a used catback, make sure it isn't cut (short-cut removal method) as titanium is near impossible to weld (check with your local welding shop).
In any case shipping is likely to be expensive, so be sure to factor that in your budget. Also get some assurance that the system will be packaged well for shipping (a bent system means bent or crooked tips at the rear. You should be able to get it installed for $100-150.

Agree on making sure it's not cut.
Shipping mine from WI to CA was about $55. Wrap the tips & flanges in bubble-wrap, wrap each piece with shipping plastic & stick the shipping labels on the plastic. Installation at a local mom-n-pop muffler shop was $50.
Bought mine on eBay for $500. I picked it up in Cleveland Ohio. I live near Pittsburgh PA. It cost me a little over $2500 to install them though. (I had to installed a Bend-Pak two post lift in my garage).
I've got a set that are showroom clean, uncut, and almost unused. I also have the Z06 air cleaner intake cover that allows more air into the engine to match the reduced back pressure of the Z06 exhausts. I'm looking at $600 plus shipping for all of it. Shipping would be from the DC area. If you are in the area, or close, I'll install them for you, no charge. (I've got a lift.)
